Ordering, Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

We are committed to handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping out within 24 hours of ordering; however, some items may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Items that are ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together, and occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock. You will be notified to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delays associated with your order, you will be alerted within 10 days of placing your order.

Shipping Times

Express delivery: 1 - 2 business days

First Class mail: 2 - 5 business days

Priority mail: 2 - 3 business days

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to items shipped to any of the 48 contiguous states.

International Shipping

Waafia will gladly ship to any country our carriers service. Shipping charges that are paid for during checkout do not include any duties or taxes that may be charged internationally.

Returns

All Waafia products are guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receipt and we will do whatever we can to make sure you are entirely pleased.

Refunds and exchanges will be issued only if the product has not been opened or washed. Items that are defective must be returned within 3 days of purchase and will be assessed upon receipt. Products that are defective will be exchanged at no cost to the customer.

Refund Process


Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

If you paid with cash, a check will be mailed to your billing address upon receipt of the returned product. For more information about returning products that have been purchased with cash, please contact our service department at services@waafia.com.

If you paid with a credit card, the amount will be credited to your account approximately two days after processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

To Return Merchandise


You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or a replacement. To make a return by mail, please include with the product the original receipt and a letter that includes the following information:

Your Name
Address
Phone Number
Order Number
Item Description/Name
Reason for Return
Action to be taken upon return.

Please contact us to receive the mailing address.


We will process the return/exchange and follow your directions. You may use any trackable and insured shipping carrier* most convenient for you.

* The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.
Waafia is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
